Introducing the Briefrow client portal
Share a private, branded review link with your client. They can see the brief, open every version of the work, comment, and approve without creating an account.

- Client portal
Getting a client to sign off on creative work usually means a trail of emails, attachments called final-final-v3, and feedback split across three threads. Today we're launching the Briefrow client portal to put all of that in one place.
One link, everything in it
From any brief, choose Share with client and Briefrow creates a private link just for that client. When they open it they see the brief, every version of the deliverable, and the conversation so far. They don't need to sign up or remember a password.
- Open each version of the work and download the files.
- Leave comments and reply to your team in the same thread.
- Approve the work, or request changes with a note for the designer.
It looks like you, not like us
The portal uses your workspace branding: your logo, your colour, your company name and support email. The same branding appears on hosted forms, file transfers and the emails Briefrow sends on your behalf, and you can preview a branded email before it goes out.
If you'd rather Briefrow stayed out of sight, you can hide the “Powered by Briefrow” line and serve your public pages from your own domain, such as review.yourstudio.com.
You stay in control
Each link has its own permissions, so you decide whether a client can comment or approve. Links expire after the number of days you choose, you can see how often and when each one was viewed, and you can revoke a link at any time. When a client approves or asks for changes, your team is notified straight away.
Availability
The client portal, white-label branding and custom domains are part of the Business plan. Admins can set up branding under Settings → Branding, then share any brief from its page.
